Our Mission

We inspire and educate people of all ages, and from all walks of life, to become the-best-version-of-themselves.

Our Vision

There are many things that people cannot agree on at this moment in history. Our culture and communities are increasingly divided by differing opinions and a whole range of issues. Be this as it may be, we believe that all men and woman of good will can agree that each man, woman, and child should have the resources and opportunities to explore, celebrate, and become the-best-version-of-themselves. We are committed to providing resources that educate and inspire people to become a-better-version-of-themselves each and every day.

About The Matthew Kelly Foundation

The Matthew Kelly Foundation was founded in 1995 by Matthew Kelly to organize his efforts to bring a message of hope and inspiration to the world. Many foundations are started to distribute the financial wealth of successful individuals and families. The wealth Matthew assigned to the foundation was a message and the intellectual property that supports that message. Over the years, as Matthew has become more and more successful as a business consultant and as an author, the foundation has benefited tremendously from his financial contributions. However, he insists that the message remains his primary wealth and contribution.

The primary charitable work of TMKF is The Schools Project. For more than a decade now this initiative has been helping young people discover their mission in life, or as Matthew likes to say, "Give young people a life-directing message now so they don't need a life changing message later." Our other efforts include Courage for Cancer and Hope for Prisoners.

About Matthew Kelly

Matthew Kelly was born in Sydney, Australia, where he began speaking and writing in 1993. Since that time he has travelled in more than fifty countries and spoken to over four million people. He has written twelve books which have appeared on the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestseller lists and have been published in twenty-five languages. His titles include: The Rhythm of Life, The Seven Levels of Intimacy, The Dream Manager, and Building Better Families.

In addition to his efforts to help individuals become the-best-version-of-themselves, Kelly is also a partner at Floyd Consulting, a Chicago based management consulting firm. His clients include: Pepsi, Proctor and Gamble, the Department of Defense, McDonalds, USBank, 3M, Ernst & Young, HSBC, the U.S Navy, the U.S. Air Force, and more than 35 other Fortune 500 companies.

His core message, regardless of whether he is speaking in a business, a school or at a Church, invites listeners to become the-best-version-of-themselves. Kelly convincingly communicates this message as God's desire for each of us. And he insists that it is also the desire of parents for their children, husbands and wives for each other, CEOs for their companies and employees, pastors for their communities and members, and managers for those they lead and instruct.
